Tactical Urbanism

Altıyol Park, located in the heart of Kadıköy at the intersection of six roads, is a small green pocket compressed by the constant flow of the city. Throughout the day, the park remains quiet in the shadow of uninterrupted movement; traces of its past have faded, and its collective memory has become blurred. A young street guitarist, someone embracing a stray cat, or the excitement of a football supporter—each may seem like an invisible fragment on its own, yet together they complete the identity of Kadıköy. Visible Collective reactivates the park through the lenses of community, recycling, and digital interaction. The design transforms the park into a collective stage where individual fragments come together to create a unified whole. More than a site-specific intervention, Visible Collective proposes an adaptable system that transforms forgotten and underused urban spaces into vibrant, shared public stages.
