Algeria Residences

Inspired by the climatic and cultural context of Algeria, the project brings contemporary residential living together with a strong landscape strategy and a rich variety of social amenities. The residential blocks are arranged within a balanced, human-scaled masterplan that prioritizes daylight, natural ventilation and a close relationship with outdoor spaces. Defined by brick facades, generous openings and balconies, the architectural language establishes a warm, timeless identity rooted in its setting. At the heart of the development, a central green spine brings together pedestrian paths, sports facilities, children’s playgrounds and shared spaces, creating a vibrant focus for community life. Through an integrated approach to housing, landscape and public life, the project aims to provide its residents with a safe, comfortable and sustainable living environment.
