Marine Processing Facility is a coastal industrial complex designed for fish processing, storage, packaging, and distribution. The project includes production buildings, cold storage facilities, warehouses, administrative offices, and technical service areas.
The site is connected to a harbor with quays and breakwaters for fishing vessels. The waterfront provides access for loading and unloading activities, while internal roads connect the harbor to the processing and storage buildings.
The master plan organizes industrial operations, vehicle circulation, parking areas, and staff facilities within a defined site. The buildings feature simple industrial forms, metal roofs, and functional layouts suited to their specific uses and the local coastal conditions.
