With a total programmed area of approximately 60,000 m², the development incorporates production facilities alongside warehouses, open storage areas, administrative units, dining facilities, social amenities, training and healthcare spaces, and supporting functions designed to meet the daily needs of its workforce. Planned for approximately 675 employees, the complex establishes a clear separation between heavy industrial and logistics operations, pedestrian circulation, and social areas. The masterplan is shaped around the relationships between production processes, efficient vehicle and service circulation, open-space organization, and operational performance. At the same time, it aims to bring industrial buildings of different scales and functions together under a coherent and recognizable architectural identity.
