Çatalkaya Villas is a residential architecture and landscape design project in Sapanca, developed with an approach that integrates contemporary living spaces with the surrounding natural environment. The architectural concept emphasizes a balanced relationship between built forms and landscape, respecting the natural character of the site. Natural stone and timber façades, combined with large glass surfaces, establish a simple and refined architectural language while strengthening the visual connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Wide terraces and private gardens extend the living areas into the landscape, encouraging open-air living and a closer relationship with nature. The landscape design incorporates olive trees, pampas grass, and natural stone pathways, creating a calm and cohesive outdoor environment.
