Diamond of Skopje

Diamond of Skopje is a large-scale mixed-use development spanning approximately 289,000 m² in Skopje, North Macedonia. The complex integrates shopping malls, residential units, offices, and parking facilities within a comprehensive development. The project scope covered the preparation of implementation drawings, shop drawings, and key plans, alongside project revisions and detailed technical solutions. Particular attention was given to construction requirements, material specifications, procurement processes, and on-site applications to ensure the accurate translation of design documentation into construction. Throughout the process, coordination with other disciplines supported the integration of architectural and technical requirements. The work focused on maintaining consistency across project documentation, resolving technical details, and providing practical solutions for the construction and implementation stages of this large-scale development.
