Integrated Worker's Accommodation Community

The project is designed around Doha’s climate and the daily needs of its residents, focusing on comfortable, functional and social living spaces. Local materials and dynamic flooring patterns are used throughout the project, while shared areas provide spaces for residents to meet, interact and spend time together. The landscape design responds to Qatar’s hot climate with heat-resistant, low-maintenance plants and vegetation that provides natural shade. Fruit trees are also used in selected gathering areas to create cooler and more comfortable outdoor spaces. Together, these elements create a practical and comfortable living environment suited to the climate and everyday life in Doha.
