TERMEZ | Free Trade Zone

The Termez Free Trade Zone is a mixed-use masterplan designed to strengthen cross-border trade between Uzbekistan and Afghanistan. The development combines four trading centers, a hotel, a diagnostic hospital, and extensive public landscapes within an integrated commercial destination. The masterplan prioritizes efficient circulation, accessibility, and clear connections between different functions. Commercial facilities, hospitality, healthcare, and public spaces are organized to create a functional and flexible environment that supports daily activities and regional trade. Generous green spaces and landscaped public areas contribute to the overall spatial organization, establishing a balance between built structures and open spaces. The design approach focuses on integrating different functions while maintaining a coherent and accessible environment. Through coordinated planning and a sustainable design approach, the project aims to support regional economic growth, strengthen commercial connections, and improve the quality of public spaces within the development.
