When making material decisions for the landscape concept design, ecological and local qualities were considered to be compatible with the preferred materials used in the architecture of the buildings. The proposed plants are suitable for terrestrial climate conditions and are tolerant to cold temperatures. The complex includes an athletics track, a regulation-sized football field, 4 football training fields, open/closed tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, as well as recreational areas, amphitheaters, stands, a biological pond, a children's playground, climbing areas, and an open-air gym, catering to various recreational needs.
