The existing ITU School of Business has formed an organic relationship with the historical building, creating a habitat within the voids between the two structures. The topographical diversity has provided a unique green silhouette to the site, while preserving the memory and character of the area. Preserving this green silhouette has been a key motivation in maintaining the site's identity.
