Ulus Residence

Located in Ulus on the slopes of Ortaköy Valley, the individual corner plot is characterized by its slope, orientation, the microclimate created by the corridor from the sea, its local position, and the vistas that witness the new Istanbul projects in the opposite silhouette. These elements shape the local character of this project.
